  • This cylinder provides a large clamping force and a smaller occupied space.
  • This high oil pressure swing cylinder includes single-acting and double-acting type wherein the clamping force of the single-acting type is smaller than that of the double-acting type and must deduct the restoring spring force.
  • This cylinder operated mainly in a downward pressing manner (pull cylinder type), including clockwise swing and counterclockwise swing.

Threaded-Body Cylinder


  • This threaded-body clamping cylinder is applied to a condition of knocking-out, and provides a clamping force on a workpiece within a stroke in order to secure the workpiece.
  • The threaded-body cylinder series include knocking-out heads without female thread (A series) and knocking-outs heads with female thread (B series).

Hydraulic Work Support


  • This support is used for avoiding deformation of workpieces and decreasing vibration of workpieces during machining.
  • A-type: knocking-out with a spring; the spring is used to control a contact force when the piston rod extends to a highest knocking-out position and contacts the workpiece.
  • B-type: knocking-out with oil pressure; when the piston rod is at a lowest position, it is operated by means of oil pressure and is knocked out when being filled with oil and uses a spring to control the contact force contacting with the workpiece.
  • The mounting manner includes square base type and threaded type.
